2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations inevitably made within less than 24 hours of the strict appointment time, or any sudden failure to physically provide our team safe access to the property, may formally incur a standard late cancellation fee. This administrative fee directly helps compensate our professional cleaners respectively for their actively reserved time and active travel.
3. Refund Eligibility
We constantly strive for your absolute 100% satisfaction. If you officially cancel at least 24 hours in clear advance and have structurally pre-paid online, you are entirely eligible for a fully verified refund. Standard refunds will accurately be processed to the original verified payment method dependably within 5-7 business days.
If you are subjectively unsatisfied with the ultimate quality of our provided service, please formally notify us strictly within 24 hours of the initial cleaning. We do not commonly offer direct open refunds for formally completed manual services, but we will enthusiastically respond and gladly send an active team back to thoroughly re-clean the specific disputed areas entirely free of extra charge to actively ensure your complete satisfaction.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Verified refunds will strictly not be officially issued in the specific event that our professional team actually arrives at the physical property but is physically turned away or completely unable to adequately enter due to an unexpected lack of functional keys, an entirely incorrect given address, or other unexpected access issues explicitly outside of our reasonable control.
